I am currently reading the book “The Water Secret” By: Dr. Howard Murad.

I have just begun, but the basic summary is that our cells age, and, subsequently our body, because the cells lose their ability to hold onto water. This happens because the cell membranes break down and get holes/leaks. You can drink a gallon of water every day, but your cells can still be dehydrated. The key is to “eat your water.” (You also need to heal your cell membranes…the subject of another post)
In other words, we need to eat RAW fruits and vegetables that are very high in water content. This type of water is more easily taken up by our cells. I’ll keep you updated as I read, and let you know his dietary recommendations.
