Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, the worry gets the better of you. Today is one of those days for me. The best thing I can do is stay busy and try some of the techniques I’ve mentioned in past posts.
Yesterday, I posted an affirmation about procrastination. One of the tips in that post was to take something off the to do list. So, today, I’m doing just that. As I came back to blogging after a 2 year hiatus, I jumped in with both feet and took on too much. Feeling a bit overwhelmed, and letting other work slide, I’ve decided to cut back affirmations from 5 days a week to 1 day a week. I’ll also post 1 main article each week. This way, I still get to blog, but my other work doesn’t suffer.

Seems time to give this question serious consideration. Last I did, the answer would be “ordering groceries in”. That one change has saved quite a bit of time and energy for me.
But it’s all I can think of, and time to come up with another one . . .
