Later today, I’ll be posting a prayer for enemies. It’s always difficult to love our enemies. Jesus taught, in his many sermons, to love our enemies. The golden rule, which is similar across all religions and spiritual beliefs, teaches us to love our neighbor as ourself. (Mark 12:31)
“So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”

This is a difficult thing to ask, but love is universal. Our world needs healing. Our world needs less hate and more love. The first step is to believe that you are filled with love, and then just let it flow out into the world through acts of kindness to strangers or love and patience to those with whom you disagree.
There is nothing to find, only to realize. There is nothing to become, only to be. There is nothing to fear, only to love.
