Your body will always tell you what it needs. Often you crave foods high in vitamins and minerals in which you are deficient. Remember: Refined foods will ROB your body of the very nutrients you need to be healthy. AND…Don’t forget to exercise! Walk around your living room while you’re watching TV. Do some calf raises while making dinner. Every little bit helps.
