Daily affirmation…Say it loud! Say it proud!
Try to do just one small thing every day. For example, take a daily 10 minute walk, add in 1 more serving of vegetables, meditate for 10 minutes. Do that one thing every day for a week or month. Then add another small thing or extend the first small thing. If you walked for 10 minutes, add another 5 minutes. If you added 1 serving of veggies, add a second. You get the idea. Before you know it, you’re living your best life!
