Trick Yourself Into Morning Workouts

I consider myself a night owl too. One of the things I’m trying to change during my sabbatical is my penchant for staying up until all hours of the night. I’m working on getting into bed by 10 and up by 6. Morning workouts are quickly becoming a part of my daily routine. Here are some WONDERFUL tips on getting yourself to workout in the morning…LOVE THIS!
